tkbd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tkbd platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the tkbd website ("Company") and the person using the platform ("User").

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. By accessing the tkbd platform or using its services, you agree to every provision of these Terms.

1.1 Applicability of the Terms

These Terms apply to all tkbd products and services, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, virtual sports, bingo, and other gaming services. Additional terms may apply to specific products and will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

1.2 Relationship with Other Policies

These Terms must be read together with tkbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, these documents form the complete agreement.

To open an account and use services on tkbd, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a real individual, not a corporate entity.
• You must not already have an existing tkbd account in your name.
• You must not have previously completed a voluntary self-exclusion process.
• You are betting on your own behalf and with your own funds, not on behalf of any third party.

We may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify your age. Deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in that account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, notify our support team immediately. tkbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

3.4 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or email address), please update them in your account settings promptly. The user is responsible for any communication issues arising from outdated information.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on tkbd is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for all payment methods. We support the following payment methods:

• Nagad

• Upay
• Bank Transfer

Deposits must be sent only from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Your account must be verified before a withdrawal can be made. If account verification is not complete, processing of withdrawal requests may be delayed.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkbd offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (25x).
• The wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• A user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus applies only to specific games — details are available on the bonus page.

5.2 General Terms for Promotional Bonuses

All bonuses and promotional offers have specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus. The following applies to all bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be used as cash — they apply to game bets only.
• If a withdrawal is made before wagering is complete, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming more than one bonus at the same time is not permitted.
• Bonuses are not transferable from one account to another.

5.3 VIP Program

tkbd has three VIP tiers. Tier upgrades happen automatically based on regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

6.1 General Betting Policy

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of a bet depends on the result of the relevant event or game. tkbd reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.

6.2 Sports Betting

The specific rules applicable to sports betting are as follows:

• Bets on all sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi are accepted at the published odds.
• If a bet is cancelled before the match starts, the full amount will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds are subject to change — the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are final.
• Results are determined based on in-play events — no amendments will be accepted.

6.3 Casino and Slots

The outcomes of casino games and slots are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. The rules for each game can be found in that game's information section.

6.4 Technical Issues

If gaming is disrupted due to a technical fault or server problem, tkbd reserves the right to refund the amount for the affected round. If an abnormally large win is displayed as a result of a technical error, it will be considered void and invalid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbd platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to meet bonus conditions through artificial means.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets or operate games.
• Match fixing or colluding with other accounts to place bets.
• Providing fraudulent payment information or filing chargeback requests.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.

10.1 Company's Rights

tkbd may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of age eligibility requirements.

10.2 User Request to Close Account

You can request account closure at any time via live chat. All valid withdrawable balances will be returned before the account is closed.
